This Victorian villa set in quiet gardens on a tree-lined avenue is a short walk from Torquay's conference centre, the beach, harbour and town centre. It has free Wi-Fi and free private parking with CCTV.

Carlton Court mixes original charm with modern comforts. It is a 5-star Guest Accommodation and has a 2011 Gold Award from VisitBritain, the tourist board of Great Britain.

The rooms have luxury beds, bathrobes, flat-screen TV and DVD players and mini-fridges with free mineral water and fresh milk. There is also a shared computer for guests' use.

A wide range of breakfast choice is available from 08:30 to 09:30 (earlier breakfasts are available on request).

Carlton Court is 700 metres from the Riviera International Conference Centre, Torre Abbey and the sports centre with its indoor swimming pools.

Payment is due the night before departure.

Payment by cheque is only accepted by prior arrangement with Carlton Court.

Groups of single-sex guests or stag/hen parties are not accepted at Carlton Court. Any such bookings will not be allowed entry and will not be refunded.
